We're a ~20-person team with experience at companies like Amazon, Salesforce, Ramp, DocuSign, and Microsoft. We’ve raised over tens-of-millions from investors like Neo, Stripe, and angels such as Jeff Barnett (CEO of Demandware) and Dave Habiger (CEO of JD Power, Chairman of Reddit). We work out of a beautiful office in the Boston Seaport. We work hard but also have fun together (at least one company retreat per year + frequent team dinners and outings).
We need a Head of Growth who wakes up thinking about pipeline and goes to bed dreaming up new ways to fill it. You’ll architect and run every lever; LinkedIn thought-leadership, paid social, SEO, ABM plays, field events, partner programs… anything that turns strangers into SQLs and SQLs into closed-won. If a task doesn’t create qualified pipeline faster or cheaper, you’ll kill it. If it does, you’ll scale it. The ideal candidate blends strategic vision with scrappy execution, leads with data, experiments ruthlessly, and rallies teams around audacious growth targets.
Pipeline Engine-Building
Own the end-to-end growth strategy that predictably generates net-new pipeline and accelerates deal velocity.
Design, launch, and optimize full-funnel programs—demand gen, ABM, lifecycle, and product-led motions—across paid, organic, social, email, and events.
Stand up a rigorous experimentation cadence: A/B every headline, creative, CTA, and offer; double-down on winners.
Content & Brand Amplification
Turn Remark’s POV (and our network of expert humans) into a steady stream of scroll-stopping LinkedIn posts, white-hot webinars, and binge-worthy nurture sequences.
Partner with agencies, tech platforms, and influencers for co-marketing that stretches budget and broadens reach.
Field & Community
Orchestrate memorable in-person and virtual events that pack the top of funnel with ICP decision-makers.
Spin up user groups, advisory councils, and customer stories that compound credibility and referrals.
Team Leadership
Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing crew spanning demand gen, content, ops, and design.
Set laser-focused OKRs tied to pipeline and revisit them weekly (celebrate wins, fix leaks fast).
Revenue Intelligence
Instrument the full stack (HubSpot, GA, attribution, BI) to expose insights and squeeze more pipeline from every dollar.
Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline targets in lockstep with Sales; hit them.
Must be able to commit to at least 5 days/week in person in our Boston, MA HQ
7+ years owning growth or demand gen in SaaS or e-commerce, with repeat proof of pipeline-to-revenue wins
Fluency in ABM, paid social/search, SEO, marketing automation, and event strategy—plus the attribution chops to prove what’s working
Experience selling into e-commerce brands and retailers (our $25M – $500M revenue sweet spot)
Leadership cred: you’ve built and mentored teams that love showing up on Monday
Analytical spine + creative spark: you can debate SQL definitions in the morning and script a viral video in the afternoon
